● All quotes provided via the website are free and carry no obligation.
● Initial estimates may be subject to change upon physical site inspection. We will always provide an honest diagnosis and confirm final pricing before commencing any repair work.
3. Warranty
We take pride in our workmanship. Professional Solar Services offers a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty on our repair labor. Parts and hardware are subject to their respective manufacturer warranties. This warranty does not cover damages caused by severe weather events, third-party tampering, or pre-existing system flaws unrelated to our specific repair work.
4. SAA Accreditation
All electrical and solar repair work is conducted by or under the direct supervision of SAA Accredited. We adhere to all Australian standards and safety regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Professional Solar Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
